Traditional Funeral Services

A traditional funeral service is when your loved one is present. Generally visitation is held the day or night before the funeral. The funeral service itself is held the following day in either our funeral home, church or special place chosen by the family. Funerals often consist of scripture readings, prayers, a eulogy, sometimes a sermon and music. After the funeral, there is a procession the cemetery for a committal service. The graveside service may be followed by a reception in a church or other gathering place.

Memorial Services

A Memorial Service is held when the deceased is not present. It may take place at our funeral home,a church or another place chosen by the family. This is a time to remember a loved one through fellowship with friends and family. The memorial service can also be an addition to a traditional funeral service. For instance, having a traditional funeral service here, and then a memorial service back in the deceased hometown.

Online Memorials

We can set up an online memorial for your loved one. Our online memorials provide information for guests about the funeral services and also provide a tribute to your loved one. Guests will be able to gain information about dates, times and locations of funeral services. Guests will also be able to order flowers, make donations and sign a guest book through the memorial. The family will have access to the memorial to add photos to create a photo gallery for their loved one. By providing information to guests about services, our online memorials help lessen the load on a family during a difficult time. The memorials also serve to pay tribute to your family's loved one.

Video Tributes

A Memorial Video Tribute is a special way to honor the life of a loved one. The video can be passed on to children and grandchildren to be treasured for years to come.

A memorial video consists of a series of still images arranged with transitions and titles, and set to music. These videos are meant to be shown at a visitation, wake or during the actual funeral itself.
